Dear,product size and shape can be customized depend on your requirement.
1. Finish briquette Shape: Round shape/ square shape/ hexagon shape etc.

Work flow of sawdust briquette charcoal machine:
The whole wood sawdust charcoal briquette press machine line as following:
-- Crusher: Crush big size wood or biomass; bamboo ; shell etc into small size powder first.
-- Dryer machine: Dry up biomass powder till their moisture less than 12%
-- Briquette machine: Shape biomass powder into high desity briquette.
-- Feeder: Store powder and send to briquette machine
-- Conveyor: Send finish briquette out.
-- Carbonization furnace: Turn biomass briquette into charcoal.
Spare parts of the leaves charcoal briquette machine:
The leaves charcoal briquette machine has spare parts, such as propeller, heating rings, moulding tube, and wear-resistant cover. The propeller is the core equipment to make briquette; the heating rings controls the optimal temperature to make briquette; The moulding tube is to control the final product shape and diameters.
About packaging, we can offer free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, which is very strong, not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when exporting.
For multiple machines, or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, usually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container.
About shipping, we can offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms.
EXW: We offer machines to you, and you arrange the shipping details by yourself.
FOB: We arrange freight transport to Qingdao, Shanghai or other ports of China, then you arrange the shipping details from China port to your country port.
